RafterDocket’s current subscription offer is $79 per month for a business workspace. That is the only plan and price described here.

Yes. RafterDocket currently offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Question 3

How can we add permits, licences, certificates, or safety paperwork?

Accepted Answer

You can add photo-based source documents to RafterDocket’s document inbox. For example, an Ontario trades business can add photos of permits, licences, certificates, or safety paperwork. The inbox is for bringing the source document into the workspace; RafterDocket does not promise automatic filing or document automation.

Question 4

Who reviews the details captured from a source document?

Accepted Answer

An owner reviews the captured details before they are treated as ready to keep. RafterDocket does not imply unattended approval or filing.

Question 5

Can we reopen reviewed documents and compliance details later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reviewed source documents and compliance details can be saved as records and reopened in the business workspace. RafterDocket does not submit those records to a regulator or another third party.

Question 6

Can we keep compliance deadlines visible and set reminders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can keep compliance deadlines visible and set reminders against saved records. This describes the confirmed deadline and reminder workflow, not broader compliance management.

Question 7

Can we export saved compliance records?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Saved compliance records can be exported as CSV. RafterDocket does not promise other export formats, integrations, or automatic filing.
